Operational Capabilities

We take care of the entire process, starting with dyeing, printing, weaving, sewing and packing with state-of-art machineries

We coordinate with dyeing units facilitated with automated cabiner hank Yarn dyeing units exceeding an operational capacity of 1,00,000 kgs of yarns per month

The unit is 100% environment friendly with zero Effluent Discharge and has an added feature of reverse osmosis system in water treatment plants and the water so treated irrigates around 60 acres of prime cultivated land

Our controlled handloom society is capable of producing 1,90,000 pieces of placemats , 50,000 mtrs fabric per month

We work with auto loom infrastructure can exceed production capacity of 2,00,000 meter/month of wider width fabric upto 320 cm particularly for bed linen.

Our inhouse finishing units have a production capacity of 5,00,000 pieces per month.

Having 15 modern stitching machines under one roof, will give an output of 1, 00,000 pieces to 5, 00,000 pieces per month according to products.

The products are properly checked by quality inspectors, passed on to ironing department for steam ironing and packed according to customer’s requirement.
